The Journeys of St. Paul | Apostle to the Gentiles and Martyr for Christ
Description
St. Paul the Apostle, once known as Saul of Tarsus, spread Christianity across the ancient world through four great missionary journeys. He preached in Philippi, Corinth, Thessalonica, Athens, and beyond — converting countless souls and writing much of the New Testament. Despite imprisonment, shipwrecks, and persecution, Paul remained steadfast, declaring Christ even to emperors. He was ultimately martyred in Rome in 67 AD, beheaded for his faith — the same city where St. Peter was crucified. Paul’s missionary zeal, endurance, and faith made him one of the greatest saints in history — a pillar of the Church whose words still echo today. 🙏 Subscribe to @CatholicVoicesPrayers for more powerful Catholic stories, history, and faith reflections.
