Is it true that most people will go to hell?

Moral Theology & Christian Living2:39

Description

Is it true that most people will go to Hell? Jesus warned that the road to destruction is broad and the road to life is narrow. Many saints and traditional Catholic spiritual writers took those words seriously and warned against presuming upon salvation. At the same time, Catholics should never pretend to know the eternal fate of individual souls. God alone judges. The Church teaches that God gives sufficient grace for salvation, but human beings can resist that grace through mortal sin, pride, indifference, and refusal to repent. The most important question is not how many people are lost. It is whether we are cooperating with God’s grace right now. Live in a state of grace. Go to Confession. Receive the Eucharist worthily. Pray every day. Pray the Holy Rosary. Fight temptation. Repent when you fall. And persevere until the end.
